WineCourse.ie courses must be booked and fully paid for in advance of scheduled course date or date of first course session. WineCourse.ie courses operate subject to minimum number of enrolled students being required. WineCourse.ie reserve the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel courses where insufficient numbers have being enrolled. WineCourse.ie will ensure that a minimum of one weeks’ notice is provided to students enrolled on our courses in the event of the course being postponed, rescheduled or cancelled. In the event of course postponement /cancellation/rescheduling, enrolled students may rebook onto the next suitable date subject to Terms & Conditions and availability on requested course. In the event that a student is unable to attend the course for which he/she is enrolled a minimum notice of one week (seven days in advance of scheduled course date) must be supplied to WineCourse.ie. Students who supply required notice to WineCourse.ie of inability to attend scheduled course may rebook onto another suitable date at no extra charge, this date is subject to the Terms & Conditions and availability on the requested date. In the event of a student providing less than one weeks (seven days in advance of scheduled course date) notice of being unable to attend then student may rebook onto another suitable course date subject to 40% additional charge per person. This charge is 40% of the original course/booking fee per person. Gift vouchers/course vouchers/event vouchers are issued subject to the terms & Conditions outlined herein. All vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Vouchers will expire 12 months following date of issue. Vouchers may only be redeemed for WineCourse.ie product and will not be redeemed for cash. Following expiry of vouchers, vouchers will be deemed invalid and may not be used towards any WineCourse.ie course/tasting or event of any description. Expired vouchers have zero euro value.
