Spring 2010 Booking!

It is great to welcome so many wine enthusiasts to our different sessions around the country. Thank you all for the terrific feedback we receive.

With Christmas & the New Year nearly upon us, the team at WineCourse.ie are busy updating a schedule of wine courses to suit every level of wine enthusiast around the country. We intend to continue offering the "One Day Wine Appreciation Course" format in the most part for Spring 2010. The One Day Wine Appreciation Course came from a need recognised by Tom to cater for people with hectic lifestyles who are unable to commit to the typical six or eight week course. Tom has taken all the essential elements of a Wine Appreciation course and designed a programme that will cover all the basics, allow for plenty of tasting and still have a really enjoyable and relaxed atmosphe r e. The course examines the basics in understanding How Wine is Made, Wine Tasting, Food & Wine Matching and Buying Wine. All this in one day, suitable for even the busiest individual! Your voucher or booking confirmation will be sent out in a Christmas themed gift card for you to personalise with a message for the recipient.

Based on feedback we received from those participating on the course we are hoping to introduce a range of more advanced courses which cover additional in-depth subject material. These courses are followed by an examination which we will also prepare all of our candidates for, ensuring you can achieve your best possible result.
