So the word is out & it’s official! WineCourse.ie has received WSET approval as a new provider of their courses for Ireland! Needless to say we’re all delighted. The team is now busily planning the remainder of our Autumn season of courses around the country.

The revised Autumn season will include a selection of the WSET Foundation & Intermediate Certificate courses and as always we will be providing the courses throughout the country.

The addition of these courses comes following the many requests of past students on our “One Day Wine Appreciation Course”.

The WSET® Level 2 Intermediate Certificate in Wines and Spirits

The WSET Intermediate Certificate is intended as vocational training in product knowledge for those employed in the drinks industry who have little previous knowledge of wines and spirits.  The course is also appropriate for those not employed in the drinks industry but who have a serious interest in wine, and wish to broaden their knowledge in a structured way.

Who Should Attend?

This qualification was initially created for the front-of-house staff within the on-trade sector. It has grown into a course with global appeal, providing basic product knowledge to first time employees in the wine industry and the interested consumer alike.
